Hampton Inn & Suites Rockland

I enjoyed my stay.

Was noisy at times from people overhead and also barking dogs

Good central location to parks and towns. The hotel room instant coffee and powered cream was terrible, had to go to lobby for coffee first thing in the morning.

Very nice stay and staff were great. Wish breakfast had a few more things though. Enjoyed my stay lots. Loved the 24 hours coffee.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Great location. Comfortable beds. Would have liked to have a better fan in the bathroom for showers

Spent the evening there last night. The guy at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t overly friendly but hey whatever. Things were fine until around 2-2:30am when we were woken by the group in the room beside us. The noise coming from their room can only be described as people running into walls, throwing things, opening and slamming doors over and over again and screaming. Literally listened to the man tell the girl in the room that he could “beat her ****ing ass” and other derogatory words. After an hour id had enough and went downstairs to report them. The noise continued until the cops showed up, cops left without removing anyone, screaming, banging and slamming doors resumed. Cops showed up a second time. Man was finally removed around 5am. I was not the only person to complain and while the front desk lady was very friendly it’s very frustrating that this was allowed to continue on for 3+ hours. It’s frustrating to shell out a few hundred dollars for a night and only get about 2 hours of sleep.

Room wasn’t clean. Even looked like the bed linen had not been replaced…

Nice central location. The breakfast had many options. Staff was friendly.
