Visitors are not permitted into the room zones and/or rooms. If any visitors has come to meet a room guest, the meeting should be done in the public areas such as coffee shop/restaurant or lobby lounge. Please note that guests are required to produce a valid ID proof at the time of check in. All Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. Chancery Pavillion Hotel holds the rights to Pre Authorize guest credit card by 01 night prior to arrival to confirm all its reservations. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Supplement charges will be applicable for Christmas/New Year or other Festive dates.
