"Exceptional"

Heather did an excellent job. She was the one who checked us in the afternoon before, as well. She was hopping Saturday morning with the food, and bussing the tables. Such a good worker. She was also very kind to everyone.

"Mediocre at best"

Breakfast food was old and stale and the jacuzzi was broken. Water was brown and gross so didn’t even want to go in the pool the jacuzzi was so gross. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew it was broken. It was clearly broken for a very long time

Rooms were clean and facilities fine.

I have never been questioned as to why I made a reservation. Seriously, the staff wanted to know why I was getting a room there because I lived in the same city. I was told they had to call the manager to get specific approval to allow “locals” to check in to the hotel. They’ll never get my money again!
