"It was terrible"

Nothing in the pictures it looks so clean and nice but everything was terrible

We were passing through to south padre and I got a call 5 hours before I got there they wanted my card information I told them I didn’t feel comfortable I had already did it online and they cancelled my booking then I got to the room which I had to pay an additional fee and the comforter was dirty and the bathroom was dirty then for breakfast I got waffles and the lady that worked there said omg and rolled her eyes because she threw my cup I wasn’t done with yet the staff wasn’t friendly at all I will not be going back here

Location was great, breakfast food was very good

After checking in we went to ask for an extra towels for the pool and the front desk asked for our room number then proceeded to tell us that that room should be empty bc there was no one checked in there? Also our key card didn’t want to open our room.

"Dirty, expensive, zero customer service"

Breakfast, period. Coffee was rank tho

Booked 2 queens online got a king. She said oh fold out couch and gave us a thin ass blanket and 1 sheet not even top and bottom. We had to sleep with heater on. No toilet paper holder and dirty. Shampoo was microbottle. Waited in lobby at counter twice. Mattresses lying by elevator and outside the window. The price was outrageous for what we got. Very disappointed. Never again! We deserve a refund!

"Family friendl"

The staff were all very nice and friendly. We felt welcomed. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was good. There were lots of options to choose from. Great customer service. We stayed for the weekend. The fitness center was closed for renovations.
