Good location to get to downtown.

Hot tub was not hot enough.

The pool was a lot of fun. We were there with family. They kids love the slides.

Very clean room ; , pool , sauna , hot tub was super fun for the kids and well kept ; breakfast was freshly stocked ; loved having coffee available at any time ; great customer service

We have stayed at this location several times and been happy. We chose to stay again as we have had amazing experiences previously. However, this stay will be our last and we will look elsewhere. We got to breakfast with 1.5 hours left of continental breakfast time closing. There were several families waiting for food to be restocked. Sadly, we sat for 20 minutes and all that was restocked was the front desk lady taking out a tray with a piece of bread and bagel on it and sending the other staff member out 10 minutez later bringing out the same unfilled tray back out with 3-4 bagels on it. No fruit, yogurt, hot food, waffle mix. Just a couple pieces of bread and 3-4 bagels with several (about 6) families patiently waiting. This is something families expect to be provided when paying for and choosing a hotel that has this included. Amount of food served should somewhat equal the amount of guests staying. It felt as if the staff were just waiting for the room to clear and for guests to find breakfast elsewhere. If this is a way to cut costs, just cut out breakfast entirely so families with children can choose another hotel or breakfast option. Highly disappointed. Of note: I never leave poor reviews and choose to look on the bright side of things. However, after seeing multiple families without breakfast they actually payed for and several of young children leave that room without any breakfast option, I thought it best to file this review.

The location was good. We were close to Munising and waterfalls

The sheets were not soft.
