Bridges Bay Resort

Location was good for our purposes. Bed was very comfortable.

Definitely overpriced. We had friends staying another location with the same room amenities and it was 1/2 the price we paid. Apparently our shower was leaking into the room below us. When maintenance came to check, they tried to get into the bathroom WHILE my husband was taking a shower!

We picked the wrong place. The restraunt while good not great Were way over priced.

The restaurant was excellent, the wait staff there very good. Desk staff also very nice and one of the maintenance guys actually directed us to our room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

The room was plenty large, but too much light through the window for AM sleeping (bad curtains.). I realize we were paying high-demand resort prices over Labor Day weekend, but it seemed kinda steep for what we actually got.

We stay here every summer. Its a fun place to stay. Love the lake views & the close restaurants. And lots of areas to walk.

When we walked into our room it smelled badly. We found a spot on the carpet that was still damp. It looked as if a pet had diarrhea & it wasn't cleaned up appropriately. A carpet cleaner needed to be used & whoever cleaned our room must have just left it as it was. It was very upsetting to come into. All the years we've stayed here we've never walked in on something like that before.

Pool and arcade was fun for my toddler. Spent most of our time there.

Took a while to get into our room. We got there at 4 and they were still cleaning our room. Probably didn’t get into our room till 4:45. Only getting 2 wristbands a room stinks. I think if you get a room and you’re paying $300+ a night, each member should get a wristband.

Location of hotel.The staff serving the pool areas both outside and indoors were very diligent about safety and serving guests.

Very Poor maintenance of facilities overall. The room for our stay was not a regular hotel room ,but the additional room for children attached to a Suite .The patio outside the room was not usable.It was not clean and grass area surrounding it was muddy for some reason when no other areas were .Water in pools was not properly cleaned and maintained .Many of the chairs around the pool area were in disrepair.
