Check-in.

Mattress was far too hard as were pillows. Bed not made up, just duvet pulled up. Sheet left wrinkled. Location, noise from restaurants bad until late and a bowling lane had been fitted into a unit, with people yelling out every time someone bowled. Noisy until 1am, almost impossible to sleep.

Couldn’t get tv to work in morning only one tea bag (English tea)

Helpful cheerful staff. Loads of room to sit down for breskfast so there was always a table avaliable. Fresh food everyday cooked throughly and at the right temperature which staff ensured to keep topping up so nobody was left waiting for anything.

Would not stay here again. Good location on the harbour side but the rooms were soooo old and dirty. They reminded me of uni accommodation with the pod bathroom (like on a plane or train!). The flush doesn’t work, the air in doesn’t work, no face towels, just a bath towel hung up like it’s been used, and the coffee sachets were covered in ink!!! The reception and bar look ok and modern but upstairs was bad. Stank of smoke and did not feel like a comfortable enjoyable stay. Much better places for not much more money so would recommend you stay somewhere else.

Ideal location and a very nice room

Ero già stata all’ibis bristol centre. Mi piace la posizione centrale e la pulizia delle camere e l’ essenzialità. Anche il bagno, dove tutto funziona e con prodotti adeguati. Seppur di ridotte dimensioni. La colazione è davvero varia sia sul salato che dolce.

Gli amici con me hanno trovato le dimensioni della camera e del bagno troppo ridotte.

Step up to bathroom was a bit hazardous

- great location, lots of bars and restaurants near - comfortable and spacious room - free WiFi - we got early check in without having to pay more - staff lovely

- no air con, just an air unit that heats if under 20c and blows cold air if over 20 - so room still quite warm
