Un très bonne literie, car après discussion , la literie était neuve ! Super ! J’ai bien dormi Très bon accueil ! Salle de bain, superbe, grâce à sa douche, italienne ! Idem à Brive-la-Gaillarde, Par contre, Issoire demande à être corrigé, revu … Etablissement, vieillissant…

Mercredi 17 juin chambre 50 Climatisation en panne 🥵 Informatique en panne, pas moyen d'encoder les clefs de chambre ☹️ La réceptionniste était vraiment dépitée 🥺 Bruit de vibrations des ballons d'eau chaude toutes les 3 à 4 minutes 😡 J'ai vraiment choisi le mauvais hôtel 😱 et j'ai payé bcp trop cher avec tous ces ennuis 82,10€. Hôtel vieillot. J'ai mieux dormi le 16 chez Ibis budget à Clermont Ferrand et pour 54€.

Personnel incompétent ! Climatisation en panne, il faut leur courir après pour remettre le courant et le wifi. Salle de bain vraiment vétuste !

Rien, établissement à éviter.

La demoiselle de l’accueil incompétente à souhait, n’a aucune solutions à nos problèmes malgré toutes nos suggestions, aucune initiatives pour la satisfaction client. Cafard et araignée dans la chambre, pas d’ampoules de rechange à disposition pour la salle de bains, pas de climatisation les deux fois dans la même semaine. Établissement vétuste, moisi dans la salle de bains et cloques au plafond dans la chambre.
