Lancaster Arts Hotel

Loved! This hotel. Very cool boutique hotel look. Lobby is beautiful room was great. Loved the emphasis on art. Walking distance to 2 fab restaurants. Belvedere and Luca. Breakfast was typical continental. But very enjoyable. Lovely breakfast room. Great coffee. And turndown service included a rose and chocolate! Can't wait to go back.

Room was nice, bed was uncomfortable but I don’t enjoy a stiff mattress. Walls needed to be cleaned but other than that the room was clean. And there was this strange low pitch noise we heard all night. Not sure if it was the HVAC or not.

I love the unique decor. The lobby’s air sent was overwhelming. If it were less it would have been nice. The breakfast was good. Our room was not supplied with enough towels and toiletries. We ran out and requested more but towels were never delivered. We had drinks in the bar. They were ok. Not great but not bad. I ordered a basil lemon martini. The cheese platter was not impressive. The over all stay was nice and in a good location. I would go back. We have stayed in many hotels in Lancaster city . The larger one in Penn Square, the cork factory, and thus one. There is something about this hotel that keeps calling me back.

The service in the hotel for getting towels and needed toiletries. The lobby sent was powerful but it did smell nice. It was just too much.

The room was gorgeous with a large window, gorgeous hardwood floor and exposed brick. The bed was beyond comfortable. I want to order that mattress. The bathroom was not huge but more than enough room and excellent hot water. We had a King bed and I am still dreaming of that mattress. The room was also very quiet, hearing no hallway noise nor street noise and the hotel was sold out.
