Lancaster Arts Hotel

The hotel is beautiful! The free breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly.

Our window was half open so they could feed a free standing ac tube through it. The "open" half had cardboard and painters tape covering it. While I was relieved that the room had ac, no one slept because we could hear street traffic and people coming and going all night (our room was directly above the entrance of the hotel). For the amount of money we paid, I would not have expected this.

Location is excellent

I was placed next to a mechanical room so not sure if the hvac sounded high normally or because I was placed there that the noise was just too loud but in general as I walk through the hotel there was a lot of mechanical noise , seems like a common problem across so I don’t think I would stay there again

Good location. Safe area.

The room size was quite small, bed was even smaller. The breakfast had less options. Also the Coffee maker inside the room wasnt working. The blinds on the window did not fully block the outside lights.

Nous avons vraiment aimé l’architecture de l’hôtel, le parking est gratuit, l’accès est facile et l’emplacement de l’hotel est bien situé pour se rendre à pieds en centre ville et au marché central.

L’information donnée aux clients à l’accueil sur remboursement est à mettre à jour, ce n’est pas 24 à 48 heures après le départ, mais 5 à 10 jours ouvrés.
