Le gros point fort c’est le personnel bienveillant, accessible et serviable. Ensuite, la propreté et le confort de l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner est sans cesse ravitailler en cas de manque. Le point à améliorer concerne la climatisation qui n’est pas simple d’utilisation (ou alors qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre 405). Il est difficile de faire sans en ouvrant la fenêtre en cas de grosse chaleur dans la chambre, car l’environnement est bruyant (hôtel situé au dessus d’une nationale/autoroute fréquentée).
