The staff was very friendly. Room was very large with lots of cabinets

Couch smelled and was very worn. Desk chair was extremely worn. Bathroom fixtures were rusted. Hair not our in bathtub.

Due to a bad hip I asked for a down stairs unit and was told no. I didn't see that many people there during my stay so I am not sure why.
