SureStay Hotel by Best Western Greenville

Had a washer and dryer but the dryer took me a whole day and a half to dry my clothes and I had to hang clothes up around room.

Friendly staff.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I liked that we had two comfy chairs to sit in and one was a recliner.

The breakfast didn't offer much. Mainly waffles, store bought muffins or honey bun or cereal. The room was too dark. Not enough lighting above the sink.

Convenient to the interstate

Staff service fair. Had to ask for soap as none in bathroom. Breakfast advertised but incomplete info as there was a charge for breakfast sandwiches. Staff could up their game in ditching the the sweats attire to more presentable casual attire

No shower curtain in the room? Also very dirty…

For a continental Breakfast it worked. The pool was enjoyable; however, it would have been nice to have the hot tub working and a better lighting in that room.'

We weren't told about getting 10% discount on our meal at Los Amigos. also, what able having coffee pot in our room. There were no clock or clock radio in our room to tell time. Shampoo and soap bars were to small and there wasn't any condition for your hair.
