The bed was so comfortable and I'm picky. The room was very spacious. Very quiet which was surprising since I was facing the busy street. I loved that I could access my Netflix account thru the TV itself instead of using an HDMI cord. The remote was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The room and bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen. I've crossed the US 5x and have seen many hotels. I was very impressed.

I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to help me. Thankfully someone was there for check in and check out but in between I had questions but nobody to ask. I never called the front desk so that might have worked. They didn't have any USB charging outlets.
