Staff was nice, easily located, parking was good, breakfast was tasty.

The first night we didn't have any hot water, our room phone didn't work and the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well (hairs all over the tub and urine around the bottom of the toilet).

Nice clean and beds are comfortable.

The pool had chips from the foundation of the pool floating in the water. The hot tub smelled like mold and mildew which embedded the smell in my swimsuit

Had issue with bathroom faucet which was very hard to use and eventually fell off. Staff was very responsive and took care of it right away. They also restarted our fridge which seemed to be off when we arrived, to defrost freezer portion. We didn't need it, but it was nice when they came to fix faucet they checked everything else. Breakfast was good, I only had coffee which was very good; Hubby had eggs and sausage which he enjoyed. Overall very pleased and would stay here again; Location was also great!

Faucet as above. May need complete replacement rather than repair.
