la convivialité de la nourriture servi, par contre il fesait très très chaud dans la partie cafétéria, certain allaient manger dehors, il manquait d'air climatiser

lors de notre arrivé , la couverture piqué d'un des lit double était souiller de jaune comme si c'était de l'urine, et il y avait aussi comme une tache de sang, la personne en place a fait la demande pour qu'il y est une nouvelle couverture, nous sommes aller souper et a notre retour nous avons du aller retourner en avant pour obtenir la dite couverture de remplacement, de plus très important la porte de la salle de bain grinchait, donc dans la nuit cela réveillait l'autre personne coucher, très désagréable, et la joint dans la douche etaient noircie, pas très ragouttant, voila

La chambre était propre et comfortable. L'environnement de l'hotel était tranquille et calme, on n'entendait pas les autres personnes, ni l'autoroute car bien insonorisé. L'hotel est tout près des chutes de Montmorency ce qui est un atout considérable.
