"היה לנו טיול מדהים של שבועיים באיטליה, המלון הזה היה היחיד שהשאיר אותנו בתחושה חמוצה"

החדר לא היה ערוך לפי מספר האנשים שהיינו, ביקשנו 2חדרים צמודים שקיבלנו חדרים בקומות שונות. היו פיסות של פיצה ישנה זרוקים מתחת למיטה ונראה שלא ניקו את החדר. הבריכה נפתחת רק בשעה 11 בבוקר. אין מכונת אספרסו בחדרים, המלון היחיד באיטליה שנתקלנו בסיטואציה הזו.

"개미천국 숙소"

많은 사람들이 오는 곳이라 여러 시설들이 있었습니다.

방에 피자 조각이 일부 떨어졌는데 개미가 너무 많이 몰려들었어요. 바닥이 카펫이라 좀 찝찝했어요.

Non abbastanza pulito Mancava TOTALMENTE il sapone nel dispenser , avrei potuto chiedere di portarmi il sapone ma era tardi ed ero stanca , ho risolto con del sapone che avevo

Apparently, the whole point of staying at this hotel is traveling to and from the airport. But the airport transfers are disorganised. I asked to arrange a transfer to the airport for 9am well in advance. I was told it should be arranged at the reception. But at the reception I was told there're no seats available for 9am! Fortunately, there were seat for 8:30am, so we got to the airport, but had to wake up 30 min earlier than needed. Also there was a bad smell in the room and some device was making consistent noise making it hard to fall asleep
