The beds were comfortable.

The location. The broken floor tiles in the bathroom. The squeaky bathroom door (had tp spray the hinges with Axe body spray). The breakfast choices.

Cleanliness

Location was nice

My room was dirty, towels were hard and scratchy

It was very clean! I loved the online check in, room key and check out! Never had to stop at the desk at all! Everything was so easy. The room was one of the most thought out rooms we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of hooks to hang clothes, plenty of outlets to plug in gadgets and even charging ports for cell phones. There were hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels! Loved, loved, loved this hotel!

The only dislike that I had was that the soap in the shower was almost completely empty and I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. I had to pump and pump it to get enough to bathe up.

Beds were comfortable, but sofa bed was awful.

Bathroom dirty, shower had someone else's hair on wall by shampoo.

Location was easy to get to. I like my quiet area of tourism so the out of the center of traffic was perfect for me

I heard some grumbling about no eggs, waffles etc. I was fine with the continental breakfast. I was told by hotel that they would be adding some hot food item. Spark is the middle level of the Hilton chain. So if your looking for the top tier Hilton, you probably want to book there.
