Red Roof Inn & Suites Biloxi - Ocean Springs

Location was good.

Had a few inconsistencies, maybe due to lack of housekeeping staff. Nothing too overwhelming.

I liked the assistant from the front desk with helping me get new sheets.

I did not like that there was dirt in the bed when I arrived before going to sleep and make sure ya’ll check the mattress they also have brown stains & previous dirt from the last couple of people being in the room. It also smelled like a weed & cigarettes . Also seen some rolled up paper like someone In my room was doing crack/cocaine. I did’t like the bed at all check the bed scared of bed bugs but luckily never found any future reference from a customer to the staff and establishment please make sure the whole entire bed from the sheets at the very bottom and the sheets on top is changed .

The location was acceptable.

Had problem trying to book over the phone. The person told me the room would cost $170 when it stated $110 onlune. When I questioned the difference, they tried to tell me the taxes & fees were $50. I hung up and booked & pd $110 online. Squeaky, uncomfortable bed. People across the hall yelling, slamming doors, beating on doors. No attendant at front desk to report problem to. We felt very unsafe !

What did I like? It smells of bleach which is always a plus. Room had a lot of space after they moved me from my first room because the TV didn't work. They had a waffle maker. The room has a microwave and a mini fridge. They are cat and dog friendly. I didn't see any bugs.

Where to begin..... the smoke alarm and telephone were missing. I had to request towels and toilet paper a couple of times for the two days I stayed. The bed spread was stained and had cigarette holes in them (double bed). The beds kept moving from the box springs. The door in the bathroom stuck and we had to use strength to push it as it drug along the tile floor (like nails on a chalkboard.) I did not use the soap in the shower(I always bring my own). The breakfast only has open Little Debbie's style mini powered and chocolate doughnuts. Little Debbie's style mini muffins open. Packs of oatmeal and grits. Coffee and juice. Waffle maker. No milk, cereal or butter. You have to use this 1 cup for the Waffle batter and 1 cup to get syrup from a spout. That's the continental breakfast. Oh yeah you can't take any back to your room per rules. For over $100 per night I guess I expected better.

Nothing !

The room had roaches in different areas ! When pulling back the cover there were spots all over the blanket & sheets . So I asked the staff could I get another set . And once again it was the same thing with that set . So I informed the staff again and their response was “all of our covers and sheets are like that ! HUGE RED FLAG ! That’s disgusting and didn’t look like they were washed at all ! Because there was dried up blood on top of the cover ! Not to mention we went to ask for more towels & they said oh we don’t have any there all washing ! Like are you serious ! PLEASE DON’T stay here ! They don’t care about their guest that pay money to stay at their hotel ! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO NEXT DOOR TO QUALITY!
