Under renovation so a little dirty Breakfast selection was poor .. coffee not hot, egg “omelette “ too salty, Got Stuck in elevator for a longgg 4 minutes - it stopped, lights went out,we were in complete darkness had to use phone light , pushed all buttons to open or go up .. lights came on and we got out Used the stairs for the rest of our stay Bathroom had a BARN DOOR that did NOT close all the way- so no complete privacy ! Why would u use a Barn door in a hotel room!!!???

Manager on duty was not very apologetic about us getting stuck in the elevator “Well that happens” Who says that???

The microwave and air system was not working. There was a very bad smell coming out from the air conditioner

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower water pressure.

Everything was great, the only issue was that we had to get the door keys reissued twice, but they were very nice about it and helped us right away

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. Usually this isn’t a big deal, and we have stayed here several times before. So we didn’t expect any problems. But this was awful. We were on the second floor, and every room around us was being ripped out. Piles of flooring, wallpaper, old fridges and microwaves, broken furniture, and debris everywhere. We couldn’t use the room during the day because of constant hammering and drilling, so we tried the pool which was so filthy we could barely see the bottom. There was garbage outside our door and an exacto knife laying in the hallway when we returned at night. This place should not have been renting rooms during construction. We won’t return.
