After check-in, room keys provide in and out access throughout the stay. The garage is on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the building with hotel elevator access on each level. We stayed on a holiday Monday. There were many families staying then. Unfortunately, the hotel stuck to its earlier breakfast hours designed for business travelers and closed too early for many of the guests. Extending the breakfast availability 1 hour would have been very helpful.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to all downtown attractions.

My rooms hairdryer was terrible. Also pillows aren’t great.

"We liked the location, and all it had to offer, just not the bed."

The location and room size were just right. The breakfast was what we know to be standard with Hampton Inns, and adequate. Customer service was great.

The beds in suite 602 were not comforatable at all. The matress was over firm, and felt uncomfortable both nights.
