Best Western Plus Mariposa Inn & Conference Centre

The place is very dated needs a complete refresh

The building could use some updating, unfortunately we stayed here while the restaurant was under renovation so the morning breakfast was quite limited. Aside from that the beds were comfy, and staff were friendly, and helpful.

Very clean, helpful, friendly staff , good swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels in the room.

Old building with upgrade rooms. Noisy a/c and fridge. Minimal breakfast, poor quality, dim lighted meeting room location.

Bed was old and uncomfortable

A bit musty smelling in our room but it was a pet friendly room so maybe a deep clean is needed after too many furry guests ;)

Swimming pool not alwYs clean.

pool was good. however didnt like the fact that a 1 hr extension request was turned down even though hotel wasnt busy.

Close to things we wanted to do

There were no lounge chairs outside the pool area, no umbrella’s. Was not clean and weeds growing between bricks, very dirty, gazebo was full of cigarette buts everywhere in the gazebo, chairs were broken. When we got there they gave us our room keys and when we went into the room it had a very bad odour of wet dog, they gave us a new room, the next day the ceiling in the bathroom fell in the tub, so they gave us a new room. This was not a good start, the manager was very nice about everything but I don’t think this was a good vacation

Hallway at the back entrance was smelly like a wet carpet. Room was good and the breakfast buffet was great.
