La parte del bbq estaba muy sucia y el personal no nos hizo con el sistema de encendido. La piscina estaba fría para el cima que había en esos días. De resto todo muy bien .

Everything was great except for the issue explained below.

I have a chronic illness called MCAS. It is an autoimmune disease and can cause me to go into anaphylactic shock quickly. Other guests were smoking cigarettes in a room near mine and the smell triggered my MCAS. My care taker who was staying with me reported it to the front desk but the smell continued to consume my entire bathroom 3 more times throughout just one day of my stay. I was close to needing to administer my epi pen by the end of the evening. The front desk woman was really nice and said she would get to the bottom of it but unfortunately that didn’t happen and I suffered from a horrible MCAS flare up due to constantly smelling the cigarette smoke on and off for about 12 hours within 24 hours and my flare up lasted for 10 days after I left the hotel and I had to seek medical attention for my breathing and hives/rashes all over my body 4 days after leaving the hotel because the flare up made me so ill, I had to be out of work for an entire week.

Awful service, when trying to get a refund for how awful my stay was the front desk lady gave me attitude and refused to take my information down to speak with management and hung up on me 7 times.

The heating and cooling system was frustrating. It was hard to get it to the right temperature. Either it was too warm or it was blasting very cold air. There wasn't a way to have it blow cool air gently. Thus I was either too cold or too warm.
