Sarova Mara Game Camp

We stayed at the Olchani tents which were quite large and comfortable. We had a private vehicle for safari drives & Patrick, our safari guide was fantastic. He went above & beyond, & put in so much effort to make sure we spotted all wildlife. We tried our hand at archery at the resort - Brian provided great lessons. George looked after us well.

Nothing really; one thing to note is that the property is a “resort” with a lot of rooms. If you are looking for a small / niche “camp” experience then you may want to explore other options.

This camp is located in dreamy property of the Masai Mara where even from our room we could sit on the porch and watch monkeys, see zebras and hear lions roar. The staff was attentive and friendly at all times. Doreen was our butler and I'd go back to see her. The food choices were good and the beds and facilities were perfect with the bonus hot water bottles under the covers a night! Can't recommend Patrick - our game drive guide - more. I'd ask for him by name when you book!

We had hoped to sit in the hot tub, but the water was warm rather than hot and there was not a sauna or steam room, all of which added to the chilly cold rain we wanted to warm up from.

Incredible service. Food was excellent. Game drives were the most fun activity we’ve ever done. Amazing!

We loved the attention of the staff, the location, the comfort of the room. It was really an amazing trip and I am definitely planning to come back.

Le cadre est magnifique, enchanteur , au cœur de la nature (au réveil devant la tente , on a vu des babouins , des biches ..) La luxuary tente est spacieuse , belle sdb , le tout d’une propreté irréprochable. Le buffet du petit -déjeuner est varié et copieux , le nourriture y est excellente, les fruits et légumes sont cultivés dans le lodge . Le personnel est attentionné , tjs souriant , serviable notamment Ole Muli et Rolex ! Et mention spéciale à notre guide Patrick qui a été fantastique , a de vastes connaissances , prend son temps et très respectueux des animaux ..!! Notre séjour fut fabuleux.
