I stay here for 3 nights every time i have to go out and come back to my room my access card didn’t work have to wait for the elevador only one works the other one was brokend takes for ever to go down to the lobby sometimes i have to use the stairs 7 floors down they fix the room with the same dirty sheets everydays and i known because they have stains no toilet paper fill and on top of that they refuse a late check out i understand is not and obligation just courtesy most of the time is a AMEX PRIVILEGIES but still won’t recomended for that price also the lady at recepcionist was very rude i think it was the manager i have very bad experience first time in many years i would never stay there again my room number was 705 so they known who i was
