The room was dingy and dirty. Severely outdated. Both headboards were worn. Mold and hair in the bathtub/bathroom. Staff offered to move me to a different room but could not guarantee the quality would be improved. I did not stay the second night and requested a refund through Travelocity

"Comfortable but Tired"

Eagle Crest as a whole was really nice. The golf courses, walking paths, and pools were lovely. The lodge staff was also very accommodating, and the lodge itself was clean and quiet. The problem was that our room at the lodge was just very tired and needed serious updating. We will return to Eagle Crest, but we will find other accommodations.

We loved all the sports centers/ activities they had. Very pretty location.

It wasn't the cleanest my toddler dropped his toy under the bathroom sink and when he went down to pick it up he came back up with 2 different pills. I hurried and grabbed them so he didn't think they where candy. The microwave wasn't clean and it was kind of dirty around the sinks but other then the cleanliness it was good.
