Персонал ! Перед входом злые лица , все перекрыто лентами ! Не работают терминалы - не смог оплатить картой виза / они обвинили мой банк типо у меня проблемы / но я доказал что это не так - ибо вокруг кафе а также в другом отеле карта проходила и я им доказал показав чеки! Им сказать было нечего ! Считаю что у такого уровня сетевого отель не должны быть проблемы с обувной картой visa! Мне повезло что была наличка , а если бы не было???? Подстава просто !

the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was great

There are no basic dishes in the breakfasts: there is no possibility to order a freshly fried omelet or fried eggs. The pool is closed for restoration, there is no one in the massage area.
