Staff were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They remembered guests’ names and room numbers, adding a personal touch. Assisted me with my room’s air‑conditioning issue. Buffet spread was good, and I enjoyed the breakfast during my stay.

Room felt a bit old and in need of improvement. Experienced issues with room temperature: once it rose to 28°C. Changed room, but same problem persisted due to centralized cooling/heating. After several complaints, technicians adjusted the AC unit and temperature improved. AC unit seemed old; after some time it emitted a motor burning smell. Got insect bites after changing to another room. Room lighting was dim, uncomfortable for reading or working. Compared to other Mövenpick hotels I’ve stayed at, this stay was disappointing given the price

Location is near to the sea front, within walkable distance of some good tourist attractions, The staff was polite and helpful.

L'emplacement es bien car au centre et près de la mer

Cet hotel m'a été vendu pour un 5 etoiles or c'est à peine un 3 étoiles! Moquette sale, porte de la sdb défoncée, baignoire glissante, clim qui ne marchait pas, pas de code wifi indiqué d l chambre, pas de frigo dans la chambre, et surtout impolitesse du personnel qui nous poursuit pour le reglement des "extras" (ce qui n'était pas inclus ds la réservation au départ) au lieu de les ajouter sur le compte de la chambre! Hotel à éviter et à déclasser.
