What a beautiful property! The staff is friendly and helpful especially the front desk who discovered that Expedia made 2 bookings for me but I only see one so they cancel the other and I worked with Expedia to confirm that. The room is clean and the mattress comfortable. The towels are nice and fluffy. It's convenient to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The lobby area is beautiful with 4 hot tubs and a pool behind it. Breakfast was nice and included in the price. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. We really enjoy our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Everywhere we went in the hotel from our room lobby, common areas, pool or hot tubs were clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options. We will recommend to people we know to stay here. We will also stay here the next time we are in town.

We were traded royally when we arrived. There was a small glitch with being given the wrong room and they bent over backwards to make it right. The hotel is designed as a large lodge and it is so nice! This is definitely a 5+ place. We loved it.

Great location close to all kinds of shopping. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff were very friendly. They could’ve done a little better on the breakfast the fried eggs were like rubber. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a wonderful room with a huge fireplace in it. Had a couch and dining area and kitchenette. Very clean and the inside of the hotel setup was cool! Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
