This property is a pet friendly accommodations with terms and conditions are the guests need to provide a vaccinated letter of the pet and need to fill out the pet form upon check-in at the property. The pet deposit is IDR 1,500,000 Net per Pet. Please be informed that the Ascott Jakarta swimming pool renovation will be done in 2 phases. We have two swimming pools, and they will take turn to be renovated with below detail: 1st Period : June 19th – August 12th (for the Kids Pool) 2nd Period : August 13th – October 18th (for the Adult Pool) Therefore, there will be one swimming pool available during the renovation. Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0–6 years. A breakfast surcharge of 50% of the breakfast price per child applies for children aged 7–11 years. Children aged 12 years and above will be charged for breakfast as adultsGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Top locatie met mooie ruime kamers"

Het hotel is super gelegen naast Grand Indonesia Mall. Uitstekende restaurants! Het hotel zelf heeft zeer ruime appartementen, compleet met keuken wasmachine etc. Vriendelijk personeel.

Onze oorspronkelijke kamer op de top Floor bleek to t halverwege de ramenafgeplakt met ondoorzichtig plastic waardoor we alleen uitzicht hadden als we op onze tenen gingen staan, gelukkig werd dit na enig aandringen door het hotel opgelost met een kamer met een fraai uitzicht. Als feedback zowel de Ontbijtruimte als het ontbijt zelf komt inspiratieloos over, een kritische beoordeling over het aanbod, presentatie etc. En hoe het beter zou kunnen zou het advies zijn.

Nice location and spacious apartment. The flat is large, comfortable, and well-suited for families or groups. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location.

This is my 2nd time to this hotel.and my family enjoy staying at ascott jakarta.i will recomended this apartment with others of my friends n family.all the staff from main desk to security officer are well take care of my family. Keep it up i will give out of 10. Is 10/10.
