Almost everything From the moment we checked in, warm greeted by security & front desk staff. Location is great, next to mall. We were lucky, we get upgraded to beautiful unit apartment! Kitchen equipment was excellent, 2 bedrooms was spacious. We will stay again soon

Bathroom need extra attention, i found mould at the corner.

Somerset Grand Citra Jakarta is a comfortable hotel with excellent service and a very strategic location. It is close to major shopping malls and business areas, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, providing a home-like atmosphere. The facilities are complete, and the city view from the rooms is also enjoyable. Overall, it was a great choice for a convenient and pleasant stay in Jakarta. Thank you for all the staff especially Mba Caca from reception was very helpful & kind during our stay
