Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich . Die Lage , fast am See ist wunderschön.... Die Altstadt ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel . Super Balkon , mit Seeblick !!

Keine Klimaanlage . Das war bei der Hitze leider ein Nachteil.

מיקום ליד מעגן המעבורת וליד בריכת שחיה וחוף רחצה ציבוריים אך מעט רחוק מהמרכז בהליכה. חניה חינם אבל מוגבלת בכמות. המלון משופץ ונראה יפה עם גינה יפה.עונה לציפיות.

המזגן לא עבד ולטענתם יש תקלה שיקח שבועיים לתקן מה שלא נראה לי סביר. אמנם סיפקו מאוורר אבל היה ממש יום חם וזה לא הספיק מה שפגם בחווית השהייה. בארוחת בוקר אין מנות חמות. ביצים עליכם לבשל לבד במתקן מיוחד. טלויזיה בגודל של מסך מחשב.

Jolie hôtel à 15min à pied du centre de Stresa, presque au bord de l'eau, du personnel qui parle français. Un petit déjeuner copieux, lit confortable, parc bien entretenu et avoir une place de parc c'est le top du top

La clim ne fonctionnait pas avec 1 bébé c'est pas le top. Le veilleur de nuit c'est démené pour trouver un ventilateur, mais les 2 autres chambres avec nous n'avait pas de clim.. seul bémol de notre séjour
