I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed. What truly made this experience stand out was the hotel manager incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making my stay comfortable. Every request, no matter how small, was handled with care and sincerity, which made a huge difference. As a female traveler visiting a new country solo for the first time, feeling safe and at ease was very important to me and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was consistently polite and supportive, and the overall environment felt secure, respectful, and comforting. It honestly felt less like a hotel and more like a place where I was being looked after. I was so comfortable that I even extended my stay. It didn’t feel like a typical hotel experience, it felt warm and personal. Every small request I had was genuinely taken care of, and that really stood out to me. The team was always attentive, smiling, and ready to help, which made the whole stay feel effortless. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe matters a lot, and I can honestly say I felt completely comfortable here. That sense of safety, along with how respectfully and thoughtfully I was treated, made a big difference. They were also very accommodating of my preferences, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that pays attention in such a sincere way. I actually ended up extending my stay because I felt so at home here. A big thank you to the manager and the entire team for making this such a memorable experience.
