"Extremely disappointing"

Location close to Eurostar

Late night check in was very sketchy after delayed train. Broken and extremely noisy air con. Couldn’t go to bed waiting for 2 separate men to come and try and fix it. Made it temporarily better but blasted through the night meaning trying to sleep was hopeless. Complained in morning staff not interested. Bed awful. Had another night booked on return and had to book alternative accommodation. Politely wrote and requested refund and was ignored.

Gut angebunden an die Metro. Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Einrichtung im Zimmer (kein Schrank). Lage direkt am Bahnhof nicht für alle Reisenden ideal. Preis für Parkgarage finde ich überzogen.

Hotel pulito, con staff accogliente, buona la colazione.

La posizione è ottima se vuoi spostarti con il treno perché la stazione midi è a pochi passi. Dal centro a piedi servono 20 minuti abbondanti. Intorno alle hotel non c'è un granché e la zona è piena di gente poco raccomandabile.
