"bien situé pres des plages"

"Déçu "

Aucun service, pas de coussins disponibles, Etat du couchage enfants (convertible) douteux, matelas et alèses avec des tâches jaunes, couverts mis à disposition tâchés. Il fait soit chaud soit froid avec les convecteurs. Chasse d’eau capricieuse, bref on est loins d’un 4 étoiles, c’est décevant.

Chambre agréable quoi qu'etroite, le gros point négatif est le lit... 2 matelas 1 place collés donc forcément 1 trou au milieu quand on dort. Autrement la mini kitchenette en chambre est un plus !

"Décalage prix / prestations"

c est le sixième séjour que je fais dans cet établissement, c est que je l apprécie, toutefois les conditions climatiques ont montré quelques désagréments; forte chaleur et pas de clim dans la chambre les nuits étant plus "fraîches", l idée d ouvrir la fenêtre n était pas la bonne, la chambre est située coté rue avec des passages fréquents et bruyants... autre point, l’hôtel était rempli a 40% je suis arrivé à 15h00 et on n' a pas voulu me donner la chambre alors que rien ne s'y opposait...je n ai pas compris ...ça n enlève rien à l endroit mais vu les prix pratiqués, le client devrait être mieux pris en considération...

Séjour décevant ne mérite pas son 4 étoiles.. état des chambres très vétustes. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Seul point fort, le spa. Je ne reviendrais pas. Hôtel surcoté. Croyez moi

"Great location, comfortable for my family of four"

Very spacious room for my family of four. Great location, walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The room itself was comfortable, but basic - not fancy. Loved the 2 bathrooms set up but odd that the second bath didn't have a toilet. Free parking on the street, had to pay for a weekend spot, as the town has many beach goers then.

"Excellent"

Great location for a family vacation.it’s located 2-3 block from the Main Street, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We rented a 2br apartment, convenient for a family of 5. Rooms were outdated cosmetically but has all the convenient amenities including a kitchen . The hotel offered Limited parking spaces but it’s safe to park on street. Pool was amazing for the kids to enjoy with hot tub, steam room and sauna for adults. We will definitely rent again.
