Booked a room in advance but when it was time to check in I was told I'm not in the system and had to pay a higher rate, this always seems to happen when it's a holiday weekend. Something needs to be done about this kind of price gouging

"Mini-vacay"

Check-in was great, clerk very nice and friendly. Room was clean, great price. The not-so-good thing was the beds were super firm which was fine for a one night stay. Lots of restaurants nearby.

"No extras"

Some strange smells in the hall, perhaps guests since its pet friendly. Rooms was okay floor was dirty and seemed not very well maintained. Front sesk was helpful but for things that seemed like we shouldnt have to ask for, no toiletries other than soap, had to ask for an extra pillow, a hair dryer. They gave them and were kind and friendly.

"Overall it was good but the beds made it uncomfortable."

The staff at check in and check out were wonderful and the hotel is very clean

The beds were very uncomfortable. Way too firm and the pillows were flat and not enough.
