Four Points by Sheraton Saltillo

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly! Some work needs to be done on the hotel but they are in the middle of renovating. Inside the rooms are nice and clean, the hallways need to be updated- which I think they are working on. The hotel is located on a very busy intersection so be prepared for that when getting in and out. However, it’s quiet and clean.

Room was a bit sad. Toilet was loose and rocked. Bathroom was no clean and needed updated. No shampoos etc. Pet fee is a bit expensive. Fee for our 2 small dogs was 2/3 of the cost of the room.

Kitchen and bathroom were not clean, taps and shower did not function properly, microwave didn’t work

Convenient location for a night’s stop while passing through.

We had no water in the room for the first few hours due to repairs. The front desk did not tell us that when we checked in.The bottled water and coffee had not been replenished after the previous guests. So no water or coffee in the morning. The bathroom sink would not drain .

I should have paid attention to the reviews that said "don't stay here." This place was awful. They had posted a notice that it was being remodeled, but it is such bad shape it should have been shut down. Instead they charged us $100+ for a below standard room. Everything about the room screamed "replace me." In addition, we ordered sandwiches from room service. My club sandwich was made with burned toast and a minimum of filling. When I booked, I saw that Marriott had taken it over, so thought it would be ok. Marriott should be ashamed to add their name to this place.

My husband liked the buffet for breakfast.

Old rooms and old bathrooms. Light not work in our room. Kids running in hallways half the night. The price was very high for Mexico.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Also, we appreciate it being pet friendly. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is quite worn and in need of renovation. We changed room because of broken AC, and the new room had working AC but very squeaky and noisy making it difficult to sleep. Also the hall carpets were dirty and worn and broken screens in the room windows. We stayed here several years ago and the property was in better shape. Part of it is being remodeled now, so we hope they finish by next time we return.

The beds are very comfortable

Location . The turn around to get back to hotel is dangerous
