Our room came with a Dusty cup under the bed and other dirty packaging. Doesn’t seem like it’s cleaned well. The Door is not sound proof. We could hear everyone talking and walking in the corridor.

The room was great value for money - fridge (and of adequate size), AC (which worked and was controllable), and a window (not a great priority for me). The bed was good and firm, and the tv was fine. Bit tricky to get to the hdmi for my laptop, but I figured it out. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant downstairs. It is perfectly situated for the Hounslow Central tube station (2 minutes walk) on the Piccadilly line which gets you into the centre in about 40 minutes.

Not a lot tbh

Unclean, tap broken, 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, a double is which I paid for. Bed so uncomfortable, empty water bottle left in a drawer, cleaners also walked in a 9am even tho do not disturb sign was on. Tbh really bad value for money.
