Location is ideal. Pool turned green for two days. Pool maintenance on second main pool not advised. Room toilets Mel functional.

We got there an hour early but was told our room was ready we thought great but when we got there the door was stuck and had to push so hard to open and went inside it hadn’t been cleaned and the aircon was not on so we put our cases in our room and contacted reception and they came to clean so we went off for lunch. When we got back it was nice and tidy but the aircon still wasn’t working only hot air blowing out we tried to fix and sort of worked but asked someone to check it out so we went out for awhile but when we got back it was nice and cool. Tired and a bit irritated I sat down to watch tv but only 7channels of static we couldn’t watch anything. Lucky I had my iPad to watch Netflix. Wifi is excellent a pity they don’t have smart tv . Also it was annoying that 1 of the pools was closed for maintenance it was was my favourite which wasn’t shown on your website when I booked. Also the bathroom door kept getting stuck as well. A bit of maintenance wouldn’t go astray

Didn’t like the work being carried out around one of the pools, from 7.30 am to 10pm they don’t give a dam about the people staying there, have to walk over mud & rubble to get in and out if your room, room door hard to lock. Room tiers and sheets terrible quality, have definitely seen better days. Breakfast very average

Pool is run down, broken tiles, paving trip hazards. No playground or indoor play room like advertised. Not any shade around pool. Breakfast was good with changing daily options and egg station. Great location both street and beach. Quiet at night no loud music. Large family rooms was great.

Even though this Hotel is slightly run down and had a few issues, my wife and I could not speak more highly as the location and staff were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here and are already planning our next trip back.

Friendliness

Toilets blocked, no hot water in some rooms. Swimming pools dirty. No decent coffee, ie cappuccino. Bad lighting in rooms, TV service needs upgrading. No bacon or baked beans at breakfast. Not enough lounges around pool. Pool steps broken and sharp metal pieces protruding from beneath water where steps have broken away. Very dangerous

I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy. The photos are completely fabricated. The rooms are run down, air con doesn’t work and there is an enormous amount of mould throughout the bathrooms. The shower leaks all over the floor and doesn’t drain anywhere. So the slip hazard is crazy! The bathrooms are also “recycled” ocean water, so if you are after having a nice refreshing shower don’t bet on it. I was covered in a rash from my duration staying there from the tap water. The hotel would pop fresh bottle of drinking water in our rooms daily. The second day I was there mine had a dirty Bandaid stuck to it. My friends room had a rat in it on 2 different nights. I booked a total of 9 nights here with friends and asked for a refund for the last 4 so I could stay somewhere else to actually enjoy my holiday and they refused. I would never step foot in this hotel ever again.

very few lay lows round pool area .limited dining .breakfast buffe mostly too cool and kept running out of things .. But the location was great and mostly friendly staff.. Regards Kevin

Stayed for one week,nice and quiet and nice staff
