Motel 6-Barstow, CA - Route 66

It was cheap, and accomplished what I needed, but it was not nice. Its also VERY loud there, and I don't understood it bc there was whistling noises and weird sounds coming from outside, then you open the door, and its actually quiet. Its like the wind is literally whistling THROUGH the buildong. Bring a radio to stay here.

Property ice machine didn’t work. Room was supposedly remodeled. The bathroom smelled like crap the whole time. The toilet was an oblong toilet, but had a round toilet seat. The balcony slider door did not have a lock, so the room was not secure, the drapes were hacked off at the bottom, night stand was broken. Hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. A totally let down.

The staff, the young couple that work there are amazing

$80 a night , dirty & the neighbors had company in & out all night, every night.
