Bien situé, facile d'accès - proche de l'autoroute des restaurants tout proches, accessibles à pied - grand parking

besoin d'un grand coup de neuf. Je compare avec le Campanile Arnage et on est à Charleville sur la version "ancienne"

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Du choix dans le petit déjeuner.

L’isolation des chambres laisse à désirer : les bruits de circulation ainsi que les arrivées tardives sont clairement audibles, ce qui nuit au repos. La chambre est assez ancienne, tout comme les affichages, ce qui peut prêter à confusion pour localiser la chambre. De plus, le téléphone ne fonctionne pas pour joindre la réception. Au final, le prix demandé est élevé au regard du niveau de service proposé.
