Arrived at 10pm to everything being locked up and no answer on the phone number provided. Was stuck outside till a worker went to go home and helped us. Things only got worse room was ok but boiling hot!!! Went out on 2nd night came back and key card wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get in my room, no hotel reception to go to, no security no one around all locked up. Kept ringing the hotel till finally someone answered he then proceeded to have a go at me!!!! Do not stay here!!!!! Awful

Please dont be deceived by the pictures, this hotel looks more like a dormitory/ hostel and not a hotel. My 1st night at the hotel, there was ongoing gun shot and screaming for over an hour which was really frightening and no one at the reception could explain nor talked about it in the morning. The hotel has no fridge, load of mosquitoes, no air conditioning in the room.

I stayed in this hotel while taking a bus tour with my mom. We did not like this hotel at all. There is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage to rooms on higher floors. The room we got was small and smelled moldy. The air refresher machine turns on and off, we didn't even know if it was working. Breakfast was horrible, as our group was put in a separate room on the other side of receptions and given instant noodles. It was not a continental breakfast everyone expected. I will not book this hotel by myself for sure.

cleanliness, shower/toilet, room services, internet, all excellent\. Pleased to have tea/coffee making facilities in room but coffee quality poor. No air conditioning which would have helped as it was a very hot spell when I visited and mosquitos entered via open window and bit me extensively. Rooms have front doors to open balconies so you go to dining room in open air to other building. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was continental and adequate but limited in choice compared with other continental places \I have visited. Not perfect but satisfies most needs and preferable to have a car.
