Only spent one night. Room was clean and comfortable but my son left his electric toothbrush behind and even after a few emails, no reply

Information provided was wrong, no shuttle available , it’s just a public bus that stops after 09:00 am Instruction received to the the transit was wrong quai B3 instead of E2 Carpet is dirty , limited shower supplies, even your water you have to buy it , they just have a fountain at the main floor Do not recommend the place and if I give it one star it’s just for the staff at the front , she was sorry but couldn’t help

The staff were great, and the common spaces were nice, but my room (though tidy) was also filthy. I've never stayed in a hotel room with carpet floors so dirty that I wanted to keep my shoes on the entire time. They advertise a hotel shuttle, but it's not included and costs extra. I was thoroughly disappointed overall.

The hotel was what I expected for the price.The front desk staff were great, though I had to wait 25 minutes to check in given the line. The common areas had a very friendly, welcoming vibe. They had a large dining area with a dinner buffet still available when I arrived around 10:30 PM and a breakfast buffet out early this morning when I left at 6:15 AM. Both cost extra. (The breakfast was 15 euros.) Unfortunately, the hallways and rooms were shabby. While the linens and bathroom were clean, the rug in the room was filthy and stained. Ask about the airport shuttle. I reserved it in advance for 7 euros. It was convenient and came promptly. I could have taken a public bus with the stop just across the street, but it wouId have taken about 15 - 20 minutes. The hotel was serviceable and convenient for an inexpensive airport stay over.

Poor customer service and rooms were lacking the basic necessities.

A/C, room phone didn't work. Breakfast was very weak. Room smelled bad.

Whilst located close to CDG, it wasn’t easy to get to as the transfer bus times didn’t suit my travel schedule. Rooms are basic but pleasant. Some staff were lovely, others at times were at times very rude.
