Dallas Residence

I have travelled a lot but the level of care and attention the Dallas Residence shows is unbeatable! I came once with family few years ago. This time I was confident to recommend it to my colleagues. They were so impressed that are planning holidays with their own families there. Thank you!

Swimming pool heating was not on which is not usually expected for outdoor pools. I just remembered it from few years ago and was expecting it. I wish they were open in winter too.

very stylish, comfortable, spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, nice pool, clean, good breakfast end very friendly stuff. We really enjoyed the silence. It was like traveling back in time.

not very close to a beach, outside the door of the property a different world ( dirty and noisy) still the hotel cant do much about it. we missed a balcony to dry our towels after a day on the beach.

A very unique hotel and experience, it is eclectic, and an expression of imagination and joy, with displays and artistic touches around every corner, antique furnishing and many eye-catching corners. It was also deliveredd with an unmissable breakfast, full of variety and delight. The owners and doormen could not do enough for us and we were greeted everywhere with smiles and helpful inforamation. The location by the sea garden was lovely and taxis were low cost and easily secured for travelling further afield. The owner also found us tennis racquets and balls to use the court.

Not everything on the facilities list was available, such as fitness room and the swim up bar, sauna etc - presumably shelved as there hasn't been the demand for them. We were often the only pool users in the evening, so you can easily guess why these little luxuries are not currently viable. This hotel has clearly been set up with conferences and events in mind but its large basement event space looks to have been mothballed. COVID will have been a major challenge to places like this.

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от моря.Очень зелёная территория отеля.Великолепный сад.Хороший бассейн. Неплохие завтраки в саду,но не очень разнообразные.Приветливый и заботливый персонал. Пляж дикий- 15мин пешком, но нужно спускаться вниз и в жару,соответственно, подниматься вверх не очень комфортно! Лучше проехать на машине к оборудованным пляжам. Принимают с питомцами.

Отель уже требует реоновации! Для 4х звёзд очень не дотягивает! Номера очень старые,сантехника требует ремонта, запах старости и плесени!(

Great hotel, can only recommend. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we love it even more. We read that it has come in the years, but were well surprised that all was in great shape and very well maintained. The rooms are very generous and the furniture very romantic. We were a bit preoccupied as we traveled with children this time, but the hotel is perfect for families with small children as well. The garden is a perfect place to discover for small persons with no danger that they hurt themselves or go out from the area of the hotel. Much better for families looking for rest compared to big hotels in the resorts. In addition, on the pool it was almost only us, so I was not stressed when the kids were a bit noisy. Parking space is no problem at all. Breakfast was I remember it from 8 years ago, small selection of good quality products, more than enough. Should we be in the Varna area again, this would be always our choice.

Why we take out 1 point from this gorgeous hotel is because of the location and the fact that you cannot spend a whole day at the hotel. It offers breakfast but no lunch or dinner. As such not a big problem if you are not with kids as Varna offers a lot of good restaurants and the possibility to visit this old and quite nice city. We understand that the size of the hotel does not allow to keep a full-fledged restaurant. Maybe as a suggestions: A small fridge at the pool with water and juices could be a good idea, so that guests can take and sign a list about what they take. The type of guests in this hotel should allow for proper functioning of such system.
