Very quiet and comfortable

Everything about the Brady was exceptional. Beds and pillows were comfortable, room clean. Breakfast was great! Staff friendly. The hotel looks high-end, but the price is definitely not high end!

Location, cleanliness, free breakfast, staff and easy checkin

Rooms could be better soundproofed as at night we could hear people talking, doors closing and people walking loudly.

It was clean.

Management had a bait and switch. We had reserved two rooms for a family wedding 6 months in advance. The Brady hotel had sent us confirmations in April and in June confirming the rooms we had booked. Imagine our shock and frustration when we go to check in that they resold our suite to someone else and didn’t have another for us. We had reserved the king suite because it had a living room and two bathrooms since we had family all meeting up for the wedding. We were told “we can sell you another room for the night since you have four people.” Absolutely shocking to this when we weren’t the one who resold our room to someone else. No apologies- and a $8 credit off of ur charges! I am in shock with this. Do not ever trust this hotel - they do not honor reservations and will resell your room to make more $$.

Was easy to get to , staff was great ,worked with us to get a king size bed room instead of two queens which was all I could book when I made the arrangements. Very Pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great the best of the three places we stayed at during our adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was there was not anywhere to go and eat without driving around 15-20miles away. We were able to get a good pizza from the shell station that was within walking distance so all was good.

Location worked great for us. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. We loved the lounge room which we did utilize the one afternoon to spend time with friends who were in the area. Breakfast was better than some we’ve had at other places. We do enjoy when a waffle maker is available for fresh waffles so we did miss that.

Not a lot on the “didn’t like” list. We did hear noise from other rooms but it was not enough to be a hindrance. I’m sure if someone had kids nearby it could become an issue.
