SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Billings

The breakfast is always excellent.

When we got to our room, the trash cans had not been emptied and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. We found blood on the bedding. We were finally moved to another room.

Swimming pool had toys for kids. Traveling with a toddler, this was great for us. Breakfast was good for a continental, it was fun to watch the pancakes cook.

Housekeeping said they would come each day, we stayed 3 nights, no housekeeping. With the tiny garbage cans that became an issue each day. When I went to breakfast on our first day, I got a call asking if I planned to check in and stay for my reservation, she apologized after she found my signed checking in papers. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Tub didn’t drain well during a shower.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was polite.

The bathroom was my main concern. The shower/tub bottom was dirty and scratched up. The shower curtain did not stay closed, like the bar was dipping too low and the shower did not drain. They put me in a room right next to the laundry room so it was not a peaceful sleep for me and my son.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We were specifically looking for a hotel with a pool AND hot tub and it was very disappointing to find the hot tub was closed due to some construction. There was NO mention of the hot tub out of service on the website.
