Great view

A true gem. Property was developed with parking lot far from the units with many preserved trees and a gravel lot. Golf carts can take your luggage through lovingly landscaped grounds to your unit. While a large property, the absence of cars and the forest setting and ocean views create a peaceful environment. Units are small and no kitchen and on site restaurant is so so but the pool is heated and has great views to the beach below. At low tide the tide pools are full of birds and we saw a mass of seals. Overall one of my favorite stays on the Oregon coast.

The grounds of this property were beautiful. The view of the ocean was awesome. The room we stayed in was not. We won’t stay again because the parking was so far away and the room was clean but very worn. Bathroom rug (small) at the entrance that caught on door every time we opened it. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. The timer fan only lasted about 10 minutes which was not enough to clear the bathroom.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, but a few things could be improved to make it amazing. Signage could be improved, pool should open earlier, robes would be great to be provided or beach towels, towels provided were super small and some improvements in the room were needed like updated bathroom light. Room was mostly clean except for a pair of contacts left on the bed table -gross! Beach access is awesome and the restaurant was great!
