I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym facilities were excellent and had everything I needed for a good workout.

The only thing is our key cards kept getting deactivated so we had to keep getting new cards but besides that it was amazing

Very basic hotel. Small dated rooms. Smelled like a plug in air freshener everywhere. We stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks and it was convenient but I wouldn’t stay here longer than one night. Beds were small and the comforters were nasty, no blankets so you had to use the comforter which was not like the clean comforter Hyatt provides. I would pick a different hotel if I go to another Red Rocks show.

Five stars, and Francisco at the night front desk is the reason why. I travel constantly for work, which means I have stayed in more hotels than I can count and I notice the difference between someone doing a job and someone who genuinely takes care of people. Francisco is the second kind. The service I received from him tonight was so thoughtful and so far above what I expected that it has, simply put, made me a Hilton customer for life. This property is also an ideal home base for anyone attending a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater, whether you are one of the bands or one of the fans. The location could not be more convenient for getting to and from the venue. But the location is the bonus. Francisco is the headline. He was attentive, genuinely helpful, and made the entire stay effortless from the moment I walked in. I will absolutely be back, and I am referring all of my associates to stay here as well. If this is the standard Hilton sets at the front desk, they have earned my loyalty. Thank you, Francisco. Management, take note: this one is a keeper.
