334 € die Nacht, Badewanne versprochen, aber keine Badewanne, Fensterblick gegen eine Wand…Ausrede der Hotelleitung: wir haben 5 Familiensuiten, alle anderen sind belegt…selbe Katastrophe wie letztes Jahr, und die Jahre davor…wir fassen es nicht…schönes Haus, aber unfähiges Personal…leider…Finger weg…

Wir kamen um 19:30 Uhr an, Rezeption leer…die Hotelleitung stand mit dem Koch in der Küche und löffelte Pudding…aber sie kam nicht zu der 10m entfernten Rezeption, sondern schickte etwa 5 min. Später eine Angestellte…
