"Exceptional"

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and it was a great getaway for wife & I. Use of the bikes were nice and we we able to explore the local area. Make sure to reserve time at the wellness and enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Will stay again if we go back to Lake Garda

"Perfekt für einen Kurztrip wie unseren"

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt. Bedingt durch das kühle Wetter konnten wir den Pool nicht verwenden. Die Terrasse liegt sehr schön und ich habe dort an den Nachmittagen die Aussicht bewundert. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Der Lachs hätte mit etwas weniger Hollandaise Sauce besser geschmeckt. Der Service auch beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es ist ein Hotel im alten Stil. Schade, dass man nicht am Wasser entlang zu Fuss nach Salo laufen kann.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Ausstattung des Hotels tadellos, die Mitarbeiter sind äussert zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

"Fin visit"

Rent och fint hotell men inte en outstanding upplevelse. Restaurangen serverade bra mat men frukosten var medelmåttig. Vill nog inte rekommendera hotellet för unga par men fungerar bra för några dagars avslappning.

"Helt nede ved søen"

Super fint hotel med liggestol helt op af søen. Badning i både pool og sø er muligt. Hyggelig restauarant og god morgenmad

"not as good as it looks or sounds.."

I had spend for one night a high price to stay in a hotel near the water as this was a 4* property. Bu t I was highly diaspointed as the condition of the room and the amenities were no more than a 2*. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the room and the bathroom in a very bad state as things were coming off or broken, . there was no parking at the hotel as stated. the staff was not very friendly or helpful. IN all I was very disappointed with my stay here.

"Nice location but mixed experience at hotel"

Beautiful and calm location! However, Hotel has come into age. Bathroom shower head was broken and could not be fixed at certain height / fell down, so you had to hold it. Room floor dusty, bathroom radiator dusty. Should not happen in this price level. Some hote staff were very friendly, others completely uninterested. Absolute no-go: plastic cups for water everyday for breakfast and throw-away paper placemats on the table.
